What is the back? A crossroads? A mass? It’s a part of ourselves that we don’t see and is often a source of discomfort or tension. This happens for different reasons : too much effort, lack of fluidity in certain parts, too much movement in other parts, not using the structure of the spine and skeleton in general to “hold one up”… What can we discover in order to go towards more suppleness, a feeling of lightness? Let us “play” with this mysterious back so that we can feel that our movements pass from our feet right up to our heads.
